Learn marinating techniques for Chicken Tikka (Indian Barbecue) and how to make Chickpea Hummus, Kale Tofu Stir Fry, and Sweet Mango Lassi. With
every Bombay Spice Grill menu item under 500 calories and many dishes
less than 200 mgs of sodium, there are a great variety of healthy tasty
Indian options to learn to make at home. All of the Indian spices used
