Rick Bayless has Something Special Up His Sleeve

He  says it’s “sort of in the Frontera world but it’s super rustic, and there’s virtually nothing like it in the United States.”  – He says the project will done in a year – he will make a more formal announcement with details in about 4 months from now.
And  XOCO  comes to Wicker Park. While the cuisine will be similar to the original XOCO in River North, the new location will be much larger, feature table service and a bar component with local beer on tap.
